Pls recommend hotels in Bangkok, Pattya and Hua-Hin

We friends would be in Bangkok, Pattya and Hua-Hin in second half of January, 2006.

Please suggest any safe and good hotels in above 3 cities, paramters to be as under:

a. Daily room charge for a Twin Bed room to be in range of USD 30/- to USD 40/=

b. Hotels to be near the fun & party places of that city.

In case you know of some apartment with 2 bedrooms in price range of USD 60= to USD 80/- that would also do the purpose.
