baboe
Want to warn u that it doesn't seem to be possible anymore to do a visa run to Aranya Prathet (Cambodia border). When I left Thailand there 2 weeks ago, the custom officer who stamped my passport gave me a paper saying this : The aliens entering the Kingdom with no visa must present ticket or travel documents that have been paid already or confirmed to exit the Kingdom and must not exceed 30 days upon the date of entrance to the Kingdom. There were posters all around saying that no visa on arrival will be given anymore to people entering Thailand if they don't have prove that they will leave Thailand after 30 days. This will be until 'the visa regulations have been reviewed'. Anybody knows more about this?

koolbreez
Thaivisa.com has most of the information about this, and is very up to date. The 60 day tourist visa that you get at a Thai embassy out of the country isn't affected by this.
