Guest Koldfuzion83
I think one of the most important things we can do to keep ourselves healthy is to live a balanced and varied lifestyle. Too little or too much of one thing is never good for us and a life without variation is a stagnant life that will often lead us to depression and numerous other health problems. Keeping our bodies properly hydrated and active (exercise) are also important, as is consuming fruits and vegetables daily (if possible) and making sure to get enough sleep. Other than that, keep focused on the things that make you smile, bring you joy and bring you pleasure and try to remove as much chaos and/or negativity from your life as you can. On a personal level, I've found spending time in nature, in the fresh air and sun, away from concrete buildings, has helped me a lot. It keeps me mentally healthy and that is very important because a stressed or fatigued body is more susceptible to illness.

FarangFarang
What about the fun stuff in life? Dude, I'm not sure snorting blow off a hooker's boobs, putting your life savings on 23 red, or listening to Kennon tell you what he did last weekend is actually "healthy" Okay, maybe if the hooker was running while you tried to snort the coke off her boobs but most of the fun things in life are very unhealthy. That's a good way to do it. What would you recommend for me? I typically get really hungry for a bacon cheeseburger around 3 AM while hanging around soi 4. What should I do at that moment? You live too far away from Bangkok to make it to anywhere in your neck of town serves bacon cheeseburgers.

It's funny you mention that. Nana Burger has since upgraded to this van type thing, which is basically burgers on wheels. They have signs on the outside of it for those interested in purchasing a Nana Burger Franchise. I think I could get one plus a few months worth of tasty burgers if I were to trade in my car today. I'll give it some thought.
