Also good to help change the situation, yoga, as well as bananas and chocolate - they contain hormones that are responsible for good mood. Another thing is that if you do not want to imagine this a good mood - at least to eat 100 kilograms of bananas, it is unlikely to emerge. The main thing - remove the cause. Another good bath helps.
