sushi_romance
gender is not significant, but person mmmwell, that would depend on the context and the kind of interaction you're considering, wouldn't it? within the context here, and even in most cases, gender is just decisive what remains after that are some vague notions of respect and human rights and as TTP, normally women have less trouble finding "A" companion because in general it's the men who are more active and motivated to "do" something of course, if a female just sits there waiting, she'll probably get swamped by all the wrong potentials (those most likely to try her out, those who are also most likely to leave - which normally isn't the end-objective for a woman, hence the "A companion", above) a guy who sits there waiting generally gets swamped by nothing whatsoever

Hope it works.
AAAum
mmmwell, that would depend on the context and the kind of interaction you're considering, wouldn't it? right... and as TTP, normally women have less trouble finding "A" companion because in general it's the men who are more active and motivated to "do" somethingof course, if a female just sits there waiting, she'll probably get swamped by all the wrong potentials (those most likely to try her out, those who are also most likely to leave - which normally isn't the end-objective for a woman, hence the "A companion", above) a guy who sits there waiting generally gets swamped by nothing whatsoever I agree with you in this part.... Female can be great for both passive and active action... i mean for sitting and approaching. Mostly female can easily get along with any stranger whom she first meets. But,somehow, it doesnt mean she can count them as her "companion" afterward.... or she can count them as companion... for the person who just come and go... :? Male can be great for approaching... and, IMO, the more active he does, the more chance he would get a companion... can it be possible? I'm trying to compare behavior between male and female.... and what are the factors that would effect to that chance?

I also agree with women been passive and actice vs what men can do to find a companion. Women tends to have more weapons when comes to looking for a companion and you can all use imagination here for that. Men has only the option to be agressive and try as many times as possible to beat the odds of finding companionship. King
